Our dermatology department was seriously short staffed to the extent clinics had to be cancelled and patients re-directed to a neighbouring hospital.  Despite a 6 month recruitment drive, we could not find anyone suitable to hire.  We got in touch with Cascadia following a recommendation.  Within two days we were presented with 3 excellent CVs with full supporting documentation.  Cascadia asked insightful questions and provided detailed information beyond the scope of the candidates' CVs.  At all times they provided swift, intelligent feedback.   We hired two of the three doctors to both our posts and we are delighted with them!  Well done Cascadia!
